Questions
Pricing FAQs
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices exclude VAT, which is added where applicable.
How do fixed prices work?
After our first conversation I send a short proposal setting out the scope, the deliverables, the timescale and a fixed price. That price does not change unless you ask for extra work, and any change is agreed in writing first.
Do you work on site or remotely?
Both. Much of the analysis and modelling can be done remotely. I am based in the North West of England and travel across the UK for on-site work. Travel costs outside the North West are agreed in advance.
How and when do I pay?
Day-rate and hourly work is invoiced monthly in arrears. Fixed-price packages are usually invoiced half at the start and half on delivery. Payment terms are 14 days.
Can you work with NHS procurement?
Yes. I can work through your organisation’s procurement and supplier processes and provide the documents you need.
Is my information kept confidential?
Always. I am happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share any data, and all patient-level data is handled in line with UK GDPR and NHS information governance standards.
